La produzione toscana di Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva di Fattoria Villa l’Olmo, risale alla prima metà del 1700. Le aree a uliveto occupano circa 23 ettari. Le varietà sono Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino e Pendolino.

La potatura è con cadenza biennale. La raccolta delle olive è MANUALE dalla fine del mese di Ottobre sino ai primi dieci giorni di Novembre.

Le olive sono frante a freddo NELLO STESSO GIORNO, della raccolta nel frantoio interno alla proprietà.

The Tuscan production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Fattoria Villa l'Olmo dates back to the first half of the 1700s. The olive grove areas occupy about 23 hectares.

The varieties are Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. Pruning takes place every two years.

The olive harvest is MANUAL from the end of October until the first ten days of November.

The olives are cold pressed ON THE SAME DAY, as they are harvested in the oil mill inside the property.
