Company description

One family, five generations, a centurial bond with this land. Our focus has always been the production of Chianti Montespertoli and Igt wines, but our love for this territory find also his expression in the production of olive oil: 30 hectares of olive groves and 7600 olive plants cultivated with Tuscan varieties, such as Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio. The olives are carefully harvested by hand and pressed immediately in our olive mill. The result is our Toscano IGP Colline di Firenze extravirgin olive oil, made by making a careful blend of these three varieties. It has received many prizes and quality recognition

Un legame secolare con queste terre.
Il nostro legame con la Toscana e con il territorio di Montespertoli trova voce anche nella produzione dell’olio.
Disponiamo di circa trenta ettari di oliveto coltivati con varietà toscane, quali Moraiolo, Leccino e Frantoio. Le olive vengono raccolte rigorosamente a mano frante immediatamente nel frantoio di proprietà. Il risultato è il nostro olio Toscano Igp Colline di Firenze, realizzato eseguendo un accurato blend di queste tre varietà.

Our olive oil is produced from hand picked olives paying particular attention to harvest at the optimum time, as only in this way Olive Oils of low acidity, intense perfume, fruity and slighly “spicy” can be obtained. The olives are always pressed immediately after harvesting in our own olive mill as freshness is the main ingredient for quality. Aroma of fresh olive, hints of almond and artichoke, slightly spicy with a hint of pleasant bitter. It has received many prizes and quality acknowledgement
