To meet the standards and requirements of mass retail chains and the Ho.Re.Ca
sector in Italy and overseas, OL.MA’s support starts on the ground, as we work
with members to improve their olive harvests. We offer the latest technology to help our members select, test and press their olives, while maintaining
consistent product quality and guaranteeing traceability at every stage of the supply chain. In Maremma, the agricultural heart of Tuscany, all these olive growers have come together to protect their past, address the present day and build the future.
