The Cinta Senese is an ancient breed of pig exclusive to our territory. Records of its breeding date back as far as the Middle Ages, but it was subsequently abandoned. Centuries later, the outstanding virtues of the breedm charaterised by very compact muscle mass , thanks to the fact that it is farmed in a semi-wild state. The meat of Cinta Senese pigs regulations, each farm must have a specifica amount of woodland area per pig. The animals' diet consists mainly of tubers, acorns and forest products and is onlu partially supplemented with selected fedd We process these fine meats, producing prosciuttos and charcuterie of the highest quality
